教你合理選擇所需離心泵！?。。?/title>

<p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、初步選型</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 快速判斷是否具備滿足詢價要求的離心泵，或者是否具有設計開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和試驗這類離心泵的能力及資質。只有滿足此條件，才能進行以下的選型程序。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">a.設計制造標準的確定,設計制造標準的不同，不僅直接影響到離心泵的設計制造成本和能效，而且與泵的設計使用壽命密切相關。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">b.設計制造標準通常由買方確定，但是有時由于買方缺乏實際應用經(jīng)驗無法做出合理判斷，為此，必須進行充分的調研和溝通，以明確標準。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、選型經(jīng)驗：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1） API610標準所涉及的內容基本來自于良好的工程驗證和操作實踐，執(zhí)行該標準的產(chǎn)品具有運行穩(wěn)定、壽命長和安裝維護方便等突出優(yōu)點，因此，目前已被廣泛應用于國內外重要工況、關鍵場合，如石化、化肥、煤化工等用離心泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2） 對于火電廠和核電站常規(guī)島重要用泵（如給水泵、凝結水泵等），基本執(zhí)行GB/T16907標準，并吸收了API610標準中一些有利于提高泵安全可靠性及壽命的條款。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3） 至于GB/T5657標準，由于各方面要求都不高，通常僅用于普通清水離心泵等。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2：根據(jù)主要運行參數(shù)初步選型</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">根據(jù)標書中給出的主要運行參數(shù)（流量和揚程），初步選擇泵型。容積泵用于小流量高揚程工況；軸流泵用于大流量低揚程工況；離心泵適用范圍（從較小流量到較大流量、從低揚程到較高揚程）非常廣泛。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">選型經(jīng)驗：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1） 對于小流量、高揚程工況，通常選用開式葉輪、懸臂式泵或采用配帶一體化增速齒輪的高速離心泵（OH6型泵）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2） 泵的額定流量點應位于所提供葉輪效率點的80～110 %區(qū)間內。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3） 對于大流量、高揚程工況，通常選用多級離心泵（BB3、BB4、BB5型泵）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（4） 對于大流量、低揚程工況，通常選用雙吸式離心泵（BB1、BB2型泵）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、選擇滿足介質溫度的泵型</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">泵送介質溫度的高低，與泵的結構、材料及機械密封的選擇相關。從初步選型中選出滿足介質溫度的泵型。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">選型經(jīng)驗：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1） 當介質溫度超過160 ℃時，選用泵腳為中心線支撐的泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2） 當介質溫度超過200 ℃時，選用徑向剖分式結構泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3） 當介質溫度達到400℃左右、且泵送壓力不太高時，如石化行業(yè)的塔底油漿泵，為了盡量減少可能的泄漏點，通常選用OH2型泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（4） 當介質溫度達到400℃左右、盡管壓力不太高，但單級泵或兩級泵無法滿足時（如石化行業(yè)的輻射爐進料泵），為了確保安全，通常選用BB5型泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（5） 當輸送低溫類介質時，建議選用VS6型立式筒袋泵，便于保冷。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">三：選擇滿足介質特性的泵型</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">介質的特性（包括汽化壓力、固體顆粒含量及顆粒大小、粘度、密度、腐蝕性、磨蝕性、有毒有害、易燃易爆、揮發(fā)性、結晶等）不僅影響到泵型的結構，而且還影響到材料、機械密封等的選擇。從初步選型中選出滿足介質特性的泵型。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">選型經(jīng)驗：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1） 常溫下介質粘度較高或易凝固、易結晶時，需配置保溫夾套或對泵進行整體伴熱/保溫。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2） 介質中含有較大固體顆?；驊腋∥飼r，通常選用開式葉輪泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3） 在泵送溫度下粘度太高時，通常不適合選用離心泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（4） 當泵送介質為高溫油漿、且含催化劑顆粒時，選用帶襯里的OH2型泵，襯里及葉輪選用耐磨鑄鐵材料。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（5） 當泵送介質為高溫油漿、不含催化劑顆粒時，選用帶襯里的OH2型泵，襯里及葉輪選用CA-6NM材料。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">四、材料的確定</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 根據(jù)泵送介質的特性、溫度及壽命要求等，選擇合適的材料。同時，應考慮泵制造商（包括合格供應商）所擁有的條件，確認是否具備標書中所要求的材料、特別是一些特殊材料的生產(chǎn)制造經(jīng)驗，例如：雙相不銹鋼、超級雙相不銹鋼、鈦材、Ni-hard、蒙乃爾、哈氏合金等材料(公眾號:泵管家)。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">五、選擇滿足裝置汽蝕余量的泵型</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">針對上節(jié)初步選出的泵型，確定其是否滿足現(xiàn)場裝置要求。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">選型經(jīng)驗：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1） 當高轉速泵不能滿足現(xiàn)場裝置要求時，可選用低轉速泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2） 可以選用雙吸泵，多級泵首級采用雙吸。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3） 首級葉輪進行特殊設計，如加大入口面積等。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（4） 可以選擇帶一只誘導輪。不過UOP5-11-7規(guī)范明確規(guī)定臥式泵不允許帶誘導輪。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（5） 對于高轉速的離心泵，如核電站常規(guī)島主給水泵等，通常需配置前置泵增壓泵。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（6） 對于入口壓力較低工況，如電站用凝結水泵等，通常采用VS6型立式筒袋泵，通過增加埋入深度來提高泵的裝置汽蝕余量。</span></p><p><br/></p> </div>
